I did 3 spin classes and a Master’s Swim session today. I love my new gym membership. Spin is on the schedule again at 5am tomorrow, so my bed is calling me. I will be doing spin early Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – and then at various times throughout the day depending on the gym schedule. So Tuesday and Thursday mornings, to keep a consistent schedule, I will be doing some personal training sessions with a fighting coach. YES!!
I’m pleased that I am starting to do morning workouts in addition to the evening ones. My lunchtime workout today was also fun, but it felt way too short. I’m also pleased that the spin classes seem too easy to me these days. I actually decided to really hit it harder than the instructor directed tonight at the third spin class, and the teacher called out at me, “Yeah, run it girl!”
As a result I got to the point where I felt like I wouldn’t be able to chat or sing along with the music. It’s exciting that I needed to go way harder…in my THIRD spin class of the day. Yeah. That is me now. I am obviously feeling better.

Lol. Yeah. Took a pic of those two patches on a sign in the personal training/cross fit/fighting coach area when I went to sign up last night. Great reminders for me.
